The other was the TV series Kung Fu with David Carradine. For the first time I saw a hero who meditated, had a master, and was both loving and strong. That spark became a flame.

As a teenager, I began serious martial arts training. The discipline, body control, mental training โ€“ all of it shaped me.

At 17, I led a Kung Fu group for the first time, and by 19 I was a trainer and black belt.

I discovered my talent for guiding others. It was the first time I felt: This is my life's purpose.

What I learned there changed everything. And eventually brought me back โ€“ into everyday life, family, business. With one goal: Make these insights accessible to people who don't have 7 years.

Why So Long?

Because I've always liked going deep. Superficiality isn't enough. I wanted more than philosophy โ€“ and more than what I'd learned in my psychology and hypnosis studies.

I wanted to know: How does consciousness really work?

Not as theory. Not from books. But through direct experience.

But honestly? I was surprised in two ways. First, I realized it's an infinite path โ€” there's always more depth. I decided to leave the monastery and formal Buddhism and return to everyday life.

I married, started a family. Work. Business. Bills. Conflicts and chaos. Real life, basically.

Because I quickly learned: Spiritual practice alone isn't enough for real, lasting change. You can meditate flawlessly and still react from old patterns in the first conflict. You can have profound insights and still struggle with self-doubt in a business meeting.

What's different about how you work?

I've tried therapy/EMDR/hypnosis before without results. Why would this be different?

It usually comes down to three things:

1. Wrong entry point: Most therapists work at the conscious level. But your issue lives in the subconscious โ€“ or even deeper, in your nervous system. If your nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight, nothing else will work. We start where others leave off.

2. Too shallow: Standard hypnosis uses suggestions. Quick hits, but no lasting solution. If the root cause stays untouched, the problem comes back. The Alp Code goes to the source: We find what's actually running the show, dissolve it, and replace it.
