Do you recognize the imposter feeling?
- Borrowed success: You achieve something – and credit luck, timing or other people
- Fear of being found out: The quiet, constant tension that "they" will soon notice you can't really do it
- Praise bounces off: Compliments feel false – they just haven't spotted the flaw yet
- Never qualified enough: One more course, one more certificate, before you dare
- Over-performing: You work past your limit to cover the "fraud"
You tell yourself: "I'm not actually as good as everyone thinks."
But that's not true. The feeling doesn't run on the level of facts – your mind has long known your achievements. It runs one layer deeper.
The coupling: "My worth depends on being flawless" / "…on knowing everything" / "…on doing it alone" / "…on it coming easily" / "…on shining in every role." A condition no one can meet for long.
That's why no success ever reaches this feeling. That's why you feel like a fraud.
The good news? This coupling can be dissolved.
What is the imposter feeling costing you?
Unlived scale
You turn down the next role, stage or ask – afraid of being exposed. How much room are you leaving on the table?
Constant exhaustion
Always doing more to cover the "fraud" drains energy you badly need elsewhere.
Joyless success
You achieve – and can never take it in. The next peak feels like the last: borrowed.
But today can be the day you dissolve the coupling. Not with "but you've earned it." With The Alp Code. Detect-Debug-Recode of the imposter pattern.
What people report after the work
"Surprisingly effective – even when you think everything's fine."
"Career anxiety – he made my subconscious accessible to me as a steering instrument."
"I dropped my skepticism in the very first conversation. It's wild what's possible."
Why "but you've earned it" never made the feeling go away
You know the facts: your résumé, the numbers, the references. Your mind has long known you're competent. And still the feeling stays. Why? Because it doesn't run on the level of facts, but on an implicit coupling that ties your self-worth to an unreachable condition.
This coupling is emotionally anchored. Often formed early. And it's stronger than any rational proof of your competence.
Here's what actually happens:
Your conscious self: "I objectively pulled this off. The numbers are there."
Your subconscious: "But only because you got lucky. Overworked. They didn't see the gap."
Pattern: Success → "it was borrowed" | Praise → "a mistake" | Visibility → "I'm about to be found out." Each new success just moves the bar.
The good news: With hypnosis we dissolve this coupling where it sits: in the subconscious.
DETECT · DEBUG · RECODE
How The Alp Code dissolves the imposter pattern
Imagine your self-worth hangs on a condition no one can meet for long. "But you've earned it" ignores that condition – and so it doesn't work. The Alp Code is different: we dissolve the coupling itself. Directly in the subconscious, where it really sits.
DETECT – We find the coupling
In hypnotic trance we open the door to the subconscious. What exactly is your worth tied to – flawlessness, all-knowing, going it alone, effortlessness, over-performing? When was it installed?
DEBUG – We understand where it comes from
Often you realize: the coupling was once protection. It drove you, made you careful, kept you "safe." But now? It separates your ability from your self-worth.
RECODE – We anchor self-assurance
A new internal standard that no longer hangs on the outside: Success = earned. Visibility = safe. Praise is allowed to land. You no longer have to prove anything to be enough.

WHICH TYPE ARE YOU?
Five imposter types – which one leads in you?
Behind the imposter feeling sits a different inner rule for everyone. Are you the Perfectionist, the Expert, the Soloist, the Natural Genius or the Superhuman? The 3-minute test shows you your type – with a detailed, personal read-out.
This is for you if:
- You objectively deliver – and still feel like a fraud
- You've tried books, coaching, "but you're good" – the feeling stays
- Somewhere you know: the answer lies deeper
- You want results – not just affirmations
- You're ready to truly get to the root
This is not for you if:
- You're hoping for a "one-session fix"
- You believe hypnosis is magic
- You don't want to take responsibility for your change
- You only want to talk, not change
- You're in an acute mental health crisis
Common questions about imposter syndrome
Is imposter syndrome an illness?
No. In research it's called the "imposter phenomenon," not a syndrome – neither the DSM nor the ICD list it as a diagnosis. It's not a defect, but a common inner experience that tends to hit the competent. And it's changeable.
I rationally know I'm good – why doesn't that help?
Because the feeling doesn't run on the rational level, but on a coupling: "my worth = [condition]." As long as that's active, every proof slides off. With The Alp Code we dissolve the coupling – not the facts.
Can you really overcome the imposter feeling?
Yes. The feeling sits in a learned coupling in the subconscious. Dissolve the coupling where it sits, and your success can finally land – without the constant suspicion of being a fraud.
What if I've already worked a lot on my self-worth?
Self-worth work is valuable – but often doesn't reach the deep coupling. The Alp Code works not only with the conscious mind, but with the subconscious and the nervous system. The result: lasting change instead of temporary reassurance.
Does this work online?
Yes. Online hypnosis works just as well as in person. What you need: a quiet room, a stable connection, headphones. The work is done online, worldwide.

More About The Alp Code
What's different about how you work?
Standard hypnosis relies on direct suggestions – "You're confident," "You're calm." It can help short-term, but it doesn't touch the root.
The problem: It doesn't address why the old pattern exists. And it tries to overwrite the subconscious without actually dissolving what's underneath. That doesn't stick.
I work differently: I combine clinical hypnosis with nervous system regulation, 30,000 hours of meditation experience, psychosensory methods (EMDR, Havening, Tapping), and 35+ years of coaching. We find what's actually driving the pattern, dissolve it completely – and rebuild it. That's lasting change.
What is The Alp Code?
The Alp Code is my own methodology for lasting consciousness transformation, developed over 35+ years of experience. It integrates modern clinical hypnosis, nervous system regulation, 30,000 hours of meditation experience, psychosensory methods (EMDR, Havening, Tapping), and coaching into a uniquely effective system – that works on all levels of consciousness.
Imagine your life is a computer. Your fears, blockages, self-doubt – those are outdated programs running on your system. Programs installed when you were 5. When you failed. When someone said: "You can't do it."
These programs run unconsciously – in the background. And they sabotage you. Day after day.
The Alp Code: Finds these programs. Debugs them. Installs new ones. Here's what's crucial: You are not the program. You are the matrix itself the programs run on. And when you truly understand that – you can change every program. That's real freedom.
I've tried therapy/EMDR/hypnosis before without results. Why would this be different?
It usually comes down to three things:
1. Wrong entry point: Most therapists work at the conscious level. But your issue lives in the subconscious – or even deeper, in your nervous system. If your nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight, nothing else will work. We start where others leave off.
2. Too shallow: Standard hypnosis uses suggestions. Quick hits, but no lasting solution. If the root cause stays untouched, the problem comes back. The Alp Code goes to the source: We find what's actually running the show, dissolve it, and replace it.
3. Missing the full picture: Real change needs all three levels – your nervous system, your subconscious, and your conscious mindset. Most approaches only address one. We work on all three.
How does The Alp Code differ from standard therapy or coaching?
Therapy: Works through talk and understanding. Takes months or years. Good for insight, but insight alone doesn't change behavior.
Coaching: Builds strategies and goals. Great for external wins. But if internal blocks are in the way? It hits a wall.
The Alp Code: Works directly with your subconscious and nervous system. Finds the actual cause, not just the symptom. Combines hypnosis, meditation, somatic methods, and coaching. Real change because we're rewriting the underlying programs.
To put it simply: Therapy is insight, coaching is strategy, The Alp Code is transformation.
I'm just looking for hypnosis. Is this the right fit?
Yes. I'm a clinical hypnotherapist. Hypnosis is the core of what I do.
But here's the difference: If standard hypnosis didn't work for you... If you want more than just relaxation and suggestions... If you need real, lasting change – not temporary relief...
Then you're definitely in the right place.
This sounds deep. I just want my problem fixed.
I get it. And yes – that's exactly what we do: solve your problem.
Come with anxiety → We fix the anxiety.
Come with smoking → You quit.
Come with self-doubt → It's gone.
That's always the goal. What often happens: We discover the root cause underneath. Old patterns. Hidden beliefs. Subconscious programs. When we dissolve those? Your original problem disappears – and usually other things shift too, things you didn't even know were connected.
Can we work online effectively?
Absolutely – and just as effectively as in-person. Some of my best results have come from online work. Everything happens via Zoom, and you can work with me from anywhere.
What you need: A quiet space, good internet, a computer or tablet, and headphones. Online actually has an advantage: you're in a familiar space where you're relaxed, no commute, and full flexibility.
